WrestleMania 42
Logan Paul and IShowSpeed's WrestleMania Match
IShowSpeed made his first WrestleMania match appearance beside Logan Paul and Austin Theory on April 18, 2026.
The Six-Man Tag Match
Logan Paul, Austin Theory, and IShowSpeed faced Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, and LA Knight during WrestleMania 42 Saturday. WWE billed Paul and Theory as World Tag Team Champions entering the match, with IShowSpeed added as the wildcard partner.
The pairing had built for weeks on WWE programming, with Paul and Theory presenting IShowSpeed as their proof that online stardom could translate to the ring. The Usos and LA Knight were booked as the more grounded, veteran unit standing in their way.
What Happened
The Usos and LA Knight won after Knight hit Theory with the BFT. IShowSpeed showed real athletic offense in his first WrestleMania match, including a hurricanrana that drew one of the loudest reactions of the night.
The alliance did not survive the result. WWE reported that Logan Paul struck IShowSpeed after the match, apparently blaming him for the loss. LA Knight and The Usos then helped Speed respond with a splash through the announce table, closing the segment on a clean babyface beatdown.
From Royal Rumble Viral Moment to WrestleMania
IShowSpeed's WWE involvement had already produced a major viral clip at Royal Rumble 2025, where Bron Breakker speared him during a crowd segment. WWE later reported that the social post passed 300 million views in less than 24 hours, turning a one-off bit into a recurring storyline thread.
That moment gave WWE a reason to keep building IShowSpeed into bigger segments, and the WrestleMania tag match was the payoff. The full Saturday card and every other title change from the show are logged in WrestleMania 42 Saturday Results and Title Changes.
Why the Match Mattered
The match joined established WWE names with two creators who brought large online audiences into the arena. It also turned a celebrity appearance into a full match story with a clear post-match split, rather than a one-night novelty booking.
The fallout fed directly into Paul's next run of appearances, a stretch covered in Logan Paul WWE Career Update After WrestleMania 42.
